Our Founder

 Miss Thanh Mai (Cindy Tran) is a successful entrepreneur that is well-known in Little Saigon; She is also one of the most prolific private philanthropists to actively participate in humanitarian aids over the past twenty years. During that time, Thanh Mai has always listened, understood, and empathized with the less fortunate, especially with disabled children, and orphans. She’s always been traveling to help out many of the less fortunate people. The more the traveling and helping she did, the more Thanh Mai realizes there is an incomprehensible number of less fortunate lives and of disabled orphans who have no-one to lean on in developing countries, especially so in Vietnam. Because of this, Thanh Mai has established a Non-profit Foundation called the Vietnamese American Heart Charity in January 2020 with the support of Actor Đức Tiến, Dr. Jonathan Nguyễn, Mr. Donald Tran, Ms. Hanna Dang, with legal advice from Atty. Nguyễn Hoàng Dũng. The mission and goal of the Foundation is to help orphans with disabilities, adolescents suffering from depression, and children with mental illness.
